Had Three Phase contracted to install a transfer switch and natural gas line to my house. After initially installing the natural gas line and prepping my main breaker for the transfer switch, I was told the transfer switch was not available and that the part needed to be ordered. Two weeks later, I called to check on the status of the switch. No answer. Another week later, I called again to check on the status. No answer. After 4 weeks of waiting for a response, I was told the part was shipped to the wrong state and that a new switch was on order that day. From there Three Phase was at my house the following week. Transfer switch was installed in one day and the part seemed to be right. I had some follow up questions for the owner of the company as an apprentice did the work at our house. I don't mind the apprentice doing the work as I am an journey worker myself and value the trades. I have been attempting to contact the owner, twice a day, for the following three days via email and phone and have yet to hear a response. It was included in the price of my quote to have the project permitted and inspected by the city so I want to know when that will happen and that I get what I have paid for. I also have questions about the external outlet for my home as it doesn't seem that what Three Phase did was common practice (they installed a three-prong as opposed to a 4-prong outlet). Will not be recommending their services and the goal of this review is to finally have the owner respond to my questions.
Great service. They installed a 240V outlet for my electric vehicles, very reasonable price considering the amount of hand trenching involved. Everything looks great, tidy. They even installed my charger and ran the cable for me. Friendly guys, would recommend.
I had to get someone out to me to troubleshoot why my cable lighting was failing. Called them up and they were able to send someone the next day. They arrived on time and tested everything - they were thorough - but one light still wouldn’t turn on. When they tried to take the light Bulb out of the fixture the entire fixture blew and sparks flew. Not their fault by any means, and I’m so glad I had them there instead of me tinkering around. Now all I need is the buy a new fixture. Unfortunately the total for a “troubleshooting” house call is $250. It’s steep (for me!), but then again I haven’t had to call an electrician in years so maybe that’s normal.
Three Phase Power responded quickly with a quote that was competitively priced and the service was professionally done and they cleaned up after finishing the electrical project. Very satisfied customer.
Great Service, very prompt service. knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend 3 Phase Power for your Electrical needs.
