Had problems before with using my fuel points, entered my loyalty number said I had 10 cents off a gallon I started filling and it had the same price as the sign had $1.87 I should of got it for $1.77 a gallon went inside to talk with clerk why I didn't get the 10 cent discount he was no help paid full price. DON'T GO TO THIS STATION IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR PICKNSAVE FUEL POINTS. !!!!!!!!!!!Either you do the loyalty or you don't . I lost my 10 cents a gallon off. like I said earlier been to this gas station and got screwed and paid full price and lost my fuel points. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR FUEL POINTS
This place is worst. Horrible customer service. The employees treat men like crap (only female employees, all man haters). The employees are always on their phones or complaining to each other about life. I'm pretty sure there's only 1 bathroom that's only available to women. The owner needs to stop hiring men hating, stupid, lazy milennials who can't stay off their phones.
The pump would not accept my card, had to go inside to process. I frequent when in the area . They also have a decent McDonald's inside that is well run.
I recommend staying away from Poor Richards, specifically DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH. The end of May 2016 I took my car to be washed and the arm of the 'touchless' system scratched the side of my car and shut down when it hit my mirror. The owner of Poor Richards says that it is impossible since it is a 'touchless' system. Well, I have pictures and the attendant on duty came and saw the damage. I have made multiple trips back to the station talking with attendants, assistant managers and all to no avail; all I want is their insurance company name right now. I returned and attempted to talk with the owner, who refused to give me the name of his insurance. He is not cooperating with my insurance company either. I used this place for years and am disappointed in the unethical approach he is using.
