Excellent customer service! The staff and Marco did a phenomenal job ensuring my wedding went nice and smooth. The food was delicious, service was great, people was awesome, the place was clean, two nights complimentary stay in suite! Man please, if I could rate 10 I would. Job well done Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee North Shore. Shout out to Jon as well he was great to work with and he always asked was everything okay and if we needed anything.
Nice rooms and clean facility. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning, cost $12.99 but is a lot better food than most hotels. The reason for 3 stars is if you want to get drinks at the bar in the evening: BEWARE. I've paid less for drinks at an airport. And they measure your drinks out exact. A single Basil Hayden's cost me $16 and it was less than a shot worth.
One of the worse “hotels” I’ve ever stayed in. It’s more so like a motel than anything. I came into town for a few hours to visit a friend who had a recent death in the family, got a room close to their home for $299 on my American Express card. The place, the room, the whole thing is not even worth $100. I don’t even know where to begin. The chair in the room was torn apart. The bathroom door doesn’t slide and it’s old. The AC unit in the room is old. The tub wouldn’t drain properly. They shouldn’t list this hotel.
I was really hoping this would be a good stay as I've had conferences here in the past and thought it was a decent property. Unfortunately, we were quite underwhelmed at most points. -When we arrived there was a quite intoxicated man in the hallway to our room -The room was nice and clean but quite dated in some regards -There were odd choices throughout like the half ply toilet paper or the fact that the bath towels were under the sink outside the bathroom but the hand towels were above the toilet -Dogs were allowed which is fine, but there were dogs barking at 3am and woke us up many times all morning -They ran out of coffee in the morning and didn't replace it for 30+ minutes -Breakfast buffet was not well stocked, the food was pretty good but very scarce. All things considered, it was a clean hotel with a nice staff. They did have a lot of construction around and I believe they're doing some remodeling. I just expected more, this may have been my least favorite Marriot property I've stayed at.
It’s the kind of hotel where the sign on the building is falling off and smoke from other rooms sometimes blows into yours. Some common areas like the elevators badly need to be overhauled. Other areas are fine like the indoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool was closed, and the sauna was out of order. The room itself was slightly nicer than expected but not particularly clean. It’s located amid extensive road construction/closures that makes coming and going awkward and time consuming. Frequently heard yelling, slamming noises, and loud arguing. Usually from the guests but occasionally the cleaning staff. Woke up to see police in the hallway apparently evicting other guests. Saw them again later. Definitely did not feel safe.
