I’m not sure what happened with the negative reviews because I’ve had nothing but EXCELLENT service from Gillitzer. These guys actually took on the project of installing and repairing tempering machines from France with which they had ZERO experience. They did (and continue to do) excellent work at my shop. They are friendly, responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve had no negative experiences with them in the 6 months that I’ve been knocking on their door. This was an electrical upgrade in a 3 unit residential property that I owned. There estimate was not to exceed $18K. After the work was completed they charged $8K labor & $3K in materials and charged sales tax on both. There should be no sales tax on labor for home upgrades or repairs.
We really like our Kohler Generator that Frank Gillitzer Electric installed. It gives us peace of mind. They did a great job installing it and they do a good job maintaining it for us.
