Stayed for one night on our way to the UP. Nice clean hotel offers a cold and hot breakfast option with pool and hot tub. The customer service was exceptional here. The hot tub jets weren’t working the receptionist called the maintenance guy on his day off and he was there within ten min to fix the jets even though we said it wasn’t a big deal. We needed help with the dryer and some new conditioner in the room and they were more than happy to help us. The king size bed was a little firmer than I’d like but it was still comfortable and clean!
Jessica the attendant at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and it was a nice stay. Only complaint is that unfortunately another attendant that works night shift never takes his nose out of his phone and doesn’t pay attention. He was also found simply standing at the front desk on his phone while we rang for the front desk for assistance. He stood there ignoring the calls to the desk. Sad. But overall would stay again.
Overall it was a nice stay, however the water in the pool seemed slightly cool and the tvs on the treadmills didn’t get great reception. The tvs in the room also supposedly had Netflix but I couldn’t figure out how to access that. The rooms were still very clean and the breakfast and coffee were pretty good. The staff I interacted with were also pretty friendly so I would still recommend especially if you want to be close enough to MKE airport.
Stayed for one night on a roadtrip. The beds are about what you expect, the typical hotel bed. Unfortunately there was some hair on the pillow. The AC unit was obnoxiously loud, very difficult to fall asleep with it on, and it automatically became louder at unexpected intervals. After falling asleep, you better hope someone doesn't need to use the washroom because the door is as loud as they get, extremely squeaky and wakes everybody up. The floor carpet was sticky and uncomfortable to walk on, unless you wear socks - a minor inconvenience. On the bright side, everything else was up to expected standard; functional and mostly clean. Overall, it's the average hotel experience of multiple slight annoyances and generally acceptable quality.
Checked in and the place is clean which is nice but then the remote was not working. So went to front desk where they replaced the remote, still didn’t work, then changed the batteries, nope still didn’t work, then switched to the 1st remote with new batteries which still did not work. When I told the front desk it still didn’t work they just went “ok”. Pretty poor customer service.
