This was an absolute terrible experience. We called at 12:00PM on the date of our check in to confirm the reservation and to confirm the check in time. On the Expedia website it does say 3:00PM but the hotel stated their check in time is 4:00PM. We asked if it was possible to check in early and after speaking to the front desk, they said yes and claimed to make a note of it under my reservation. We arrive at 3:15PM and the room is not ready. We have reservations already made at 3:45PM and we decided it was best to come back later. We called at 4:30PM to see if the room was ready as we have not yet received a call. The room was not ready and they said it would be 30 minutes longer. We arrive at the hotel at 5:30PM after dinner and the room is still NOT ready!! We were then downgraded a room as a different room was ready and we took it as we had tickets to the Bucks game and we had to leave. At this point I was never offered any sort of compensation for the troubles. We get into our room on the third floor and the room was disgusting! The comforter had fresh stains on it, the sheets had what looked like food stains, the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, and the room was very small!! We called to ask for clean sheets and comforter and when it was delivered, again we were not compensated. We went to get breakfast in the morning and they were putting stuff away early and we missed that window as well. Very very terrible experience and I would never recommend this hotel!

Our group was in town for the weekend to see a concert. We were less than a block from our venue and within easy walking distance of great food and entertainment options. The accommodations were average; the property is older and had some minor damage/staining in some areas. The staff, especially Vanessa (front desk) and Brian (breakfast area) , were awesome. They were very pleasant and helpful.

Everyone is short staffed.. I get it but Management should step up and support their staff. A simple email that would tell us our room would not be ready would have stalled us on our drive in. Instead we left earlier to get ready there and ended up getting ready for our event in a dirty crowded bathroom on the second floor. 70+ people were crammed in the lobby waiting for rooms and the poor front desk girl was there on her day off and ready to walk out. She said 1000 times there was 2 people to clean 500 rooms. You must have a plan if you are understaffed and filling to capacity. Not cancelling any reservations is not the way to handle it. I hope the owner recognizes the poor staff who have to face their customers and pays them from the huge profit of a sold out hotel and having 3 employees. I didn't even see an add on indeed for help. It's the managements responsibility and they have their least paid employees facing the angry crowd. Be proactive email us so we understand the problem and show up after our events. I don't want the staff to feel this it's your social responsibility to care for your staff and bonus Them well as they sweat and run through your hotel. If any other hotel chains read this there is great staff who care working there who could use management who care. It starts at the top.

I had reservations Saturday, 10/30 with another friend also getting a room. We arrived at 4pm thinking an hour after check-in should suffice. We arrived to not even be asked names or any other check-in information. I was just told immediately that there were no rooms cleaned and it was advised we go to a nearby restaurant or get a drink. No biggie. An hour later, at 5pm I called to see if we had any rooms and again, the women working the front desk didn't take my info. She just said there still were not any rooms cleaned. I asked for an ETA and she said she had no idea, maybe 20 minutes. We came back at 8pm and I was finally able to check-in, but my friend was not. There were no apologies, no vouchers or anything. After 5+hours of waiting to use our room, we took our business elsewhere and walked to a nearby hotel. We were able to get a reservation for the night right away with no issues.

6th Floor Wedding Venue!!! WOW! Cleaning, paint, new toilet seats, dust!!! Cosmetics! People are creating memories here. Cleaning: Vents in the stalls, carpeting from elevator to wedding/reception area, kick areas on the doors, and the white carpet that's rolled out for the wedding party to come down!!! You could improve the lighting in the bathrooms. YOU CAN DO BETTER!!! If you have any integrity, care about your properties, the customer base, first and lasting impressions, DO THE RIGHT THING!!! NOT ASKING FOR MUCH, ONLY WHAT'S DECENT AND HUMANE! The cost of the reasonable improvements shouldn't be passed on to the customer either, it's YOUR REASONABLE SERVICE!!! UPKEEP! UPDATE! MAINTENANCE! REALLY Hampton Inn? REALLY?
