Great airport hotel! Clean, spacious, and modern rooms. So quiet, even across the street from the airport. The staff are great, and very accommodating. George, the manager, or one of the managers, is always super helpful when we stay there. The breakfast they provide is leagues above what other airport hotels provide - fresh food, ample amounts, and a good selection of food, including eggs, fruits, etc. This Hyatt Place is our go-to when in MKE, either for the airport or doing things south of the city.
Very nice hotel. Extremely clean and well-maintained. The front desk had a wide assortment of snacks, the bar was nice, and the hotel had many nooks and crannies to visit or relax alone. Even though the hotel was completely full, it was very quiet. The pool was nice and warm- the kids loved how shallow it was. The breakfast was 7/10. Both days we went down there, we waited for more food to come out. It seemed like the staff couldn’t keep up with the demand, so many people were walking around waiting for more food to be added. One of the workers did go out of his way to make another waffle for my son- that was nice. An extra bonus is that there’s a kwik trip 1 mile down the road. I’d definitely stay here again. Only recommendation would be to have an outdoor seated area- there was no place to sit outside.
The room and bathroom were in perfect shape. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A little road noise, but is expected located next to highway. Free breakfast a gym and a indoor pool with hot tub.
As someone who stays in 30-50 hotels a year I came here to leave a review to say this place has one of, if not the best breakfasts Ive ever seen, and it was included in the stay! The eggs are actually made fresh and actual edible eggs, not that fake prepackaged stuff you see on other buffets they just warm up that is just chemicals. There were actual nice plates and utensils, a variety of option, plenty of fruit and other items. The TV also had a cool thing built into the side where you could plug in any kind of cable so if you had your laptop or tablet or whatever else youd be all set to broadcast it to the TV as long as you had the cable with you. The room was quiet too which is huge. The bed was a little uncomfortable but the bathroom was very nice and the room spacious and the staff friendly so overall this is a 5 star stay. Thanks!
I booked a room here as it was closer to where I was spending time. Glad I only booked one night. Tub was dirty. Toilet paper had something on it (not going to speculate what it was, just was not white as toilet paper normally is) toiletries left in bathroom had been used as the bottle was nearly Empty. Glad I don’t use them. Sink had something in it and hair was all over the floor in addition to feeling like it was not cleaned or cleaned with some type of oil. It was slick! Now taking into account that checkin is always quicker Hyatt hotels this was not exception. Beyond that this location is subpar to what I am used to from this hotel chain. Won’t be staying again. I gave it two chances and I am done. La Quinta or motel 8 would be a better option.
