Car wash was not worth the money. Half of the option did not work including the sign to the left stating what stage the wash was in during the process. Only rinse was properly working. My car still had bugs and layer of grime after the wash

Terrible business owner. Drove my car through the car wash there. Right half of underbody doesn't work, no soap was dispensed, no wax was dispensed. And finally the thing that broke the deal was the drying cycle stopped after a second. I went in and explained to the female attendant that the drying cycle didn't work in addition to the other small items ( soap and wax). She was rude and told me "at least you got a wash". I explained I didn't get what you paid for and wanted to talk with the owner. After another few rude moments she went outside to see the water still on the car and called the owner and handed the phone to me. I explained the problems and issue. He said he would do nothing. He was silent to the suggestion that I would get a refund or a complementary wash. Nothing he did nothing. I am an intelligent senior and patient and understanding that equipment fails sometimes without reason but the business owner struggling has no place being rude or encouraging his employee being rude and uncaring. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RUDE AND UNCARING OWNER. PUT HIM OUT OF BUSINESS BY NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T GET. He is a creep.
Card reader locked my card in place, wouldn't read or release it. Nobody responded when I pressed the help button, so I went in and the clerk was just sitting there on their phone. They told me I had pressed a wrong button, that I would have to hit clear, then wait 2 minutes for my card to be released. While I didn't think I had pressed a wrong button, I decided to try again, maybe i had. Followed all the prompts and, yup, it did the same thing. Oh, and did I mention this happened during minus temptations and wind chill? Yeah... This isn't the first time I've run into issues with this place, but it will be the last, will definitely start going to the station across the street.
