Find anyone else, these guys don’t know what they’re doing and will not make it right. Had them come and replace the flashing (October 2022) around my chimney because it was old and a little rusty. Old flashing didn’t leak, but the new one that they put on sure did. They did not do any step flashing, ripped several shingles and tried to hide it with what looks like an entire tube of caulk, and put several nails through my roof without any sealant. Total hack job. Owner even came out once after calling about a leak but all he did was placate me and squeeze a little more caulk into my chimney. That obviously did stop the root cause of the leak which was the lack of any step flashing. After another rain and another leak, I contacted him again and he did not respond after multiple attempts to reach him.Complete thieves. Just had the flashing redone again by a different company ( for cheaper) that actually knew what they were doing. They took pictures of all the work that was just done to confirm the shoddy previous work. Avoid SER roofing at all costs or it WILL cost you.
This company is AMAZING! I needed a repair on my gutters, and have called many companies without any luck until I found SER Roofing & Siding! I spoke with Tom S. he scheduled an appointment for a free estimate for the next morning, Tom came to my home on time and was able to give me a good estimate. Tom got the tools he needed and got right to the job, he communicated with me during every step of the way he was very knowledgeable about his work and is very good at explaining the problem and the best way to solve the problem. Tom is polite and truthful during the whole process and works diligently to get the job done and do neat and clean work. Being a single mom and a homeowner, I have been swindled and over priced by many companies, but not this company and not Tom! Tom has done a remarkable job on my house and I have already recommended him to my friends and family!
I worked with Tom to set up to have siding work done. Tom along with Kevin and Lenny were very professional, timely and detailed in their work. They did an exceptional job and I'm very pleased with the end result. They were very meticulous in their clean up. The upper front porch had ice and water damage and the deck, rubber membrane, and railings had to be replaced. They did a fantastic job at a great price. Very honest courteous and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Tom is a rock star!!
SER Roofing and Siding saved me!!! We had a mysterious leak coming into our porch when we had a driving rain. Tom came over promptly, studied the situation VERY carefully and found the source of the leak that had mystified everyone else prior to him. He fixed the leak and now when I hear the pitter patter of rain on my roof at night it will be a comforting sound as opposed to the terror I felt before wondering how much rain was going to come down into my nice carpeted porch this time.
