Would have given it four stars but the bathroom was just not acceptable. Good large gas station to get gas station stuff at. Not so sold on the convenience store part. Kwik trip still sets the standard.
Literally every morning, afternoon or whatever time of day it is…there will be a line of 10+ customers in line and ONLY 1 REGISTER OPEN!!! THIS IS FCKIN RIDICULOUS!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER!
Lazy people work here girls standing behind the register on her phone while there's a line I guess we will all wait when it's convient for you. Must be why you weigh 300 lbs.
It’s amazing no matter what pump I use or what day every pump cannot print a receipt, you have to go inside to get a copy. No other Speedway operates in this matter. It must be the area cause all the businesses in this area are horrible customer service
Employees PLEASE do a better job with customer service. When an employee gives a negative response (even slightly) to a customer, there’s a HIGH percentage that the customer’s response will be negative as well. When working in customer service one should have good communication skills, if not, things can easily go left, which it did today QUICKLY 🤦🏽♀️! I literally seen it coming! Both employee(s) and customer(s) just all out loud inside the station. People are going through a lot of things so one should be careful how to respond and approach people. IJS! It’ll be awhile before I go back into this station, sad because it was my 1of 2 favorite ones! A soft answer turneth away wrath, but grievous words stir up anger. Proverbs 15:1
