I've been coming here for years. They always used to be my favorite until recently they started overcharging me, and trying to cover my total before I enter my card. Ended up having to pay double for one item and 1.5 times on another item. Definitely will never be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend you trust these people with your card.
I had a very unpleasant experience here. A few months ago, there is a cashier who is West African. He once accused me of being someone who I was not. He claimed that a man who looks like me was rude to him the night before, which it wasn't me because I was in another state the day he mentioned. I asked him why didn't he address the issue to the customer that day but he responded in a hostile, unprofessional manner and refused to get me services for gas. I video the altercation and the cashier. I've been trying to report him to business owners but they refuse to give me the correct number. Months later, I stop through to get gas and he saw me, then walked away from the window and began sweeping saying that he wouldn't serve me. It was embarrassing and no supervisor was to be found. If anyone has the owner or corporate business number so I can file a complaint against the cashier worker, please let me know!
The employee in the morning is the nicest man! Very active store. Always see someone buying something there. Only thing I would change is the gas pumps are so slow.. definitely not winning any races there but we still stop anyhow because the hospitality and cleanliness.
I’m giving 4* because I never have problems and I still don’t but no one is answering and I can’t come right back right now it’s Friday march 18 6:15pm I just left the store around 5:40 by time I got home the backwoods battery pen I bought which I bought because the first one I bought the charger didn’t work but I understood accidents happen and I got a bad one but now the second one is broken 2 and at this point it’s not fair I’m writing this because no one answered and I need a refund or just something else . I’m a loyal loyal customer and I don’t want to thing negatively..
